Senior Remedy Consultant

Xact Results, LLC is looking for several senior Remedy Consultants to augment our Professional Services practice. Opportunities are available for both full-time and contractors. Ability to work from home when not on client site.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience Remedy administration and development, including Remedy AR System version 6.x.
• In-depth knowledge of Remedy ITSM suite versions 5.x/6.0, Remedy CSS version 5.x, and/or Remedy ITSP version versions 3.x/4.x.
• Web experience, including Mid-Tier, web services, and XML
• Strong database skills, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
• Experience integrating AR System applications with other products
• Software development life-cycles and methodologies
• Independent work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to travel 50-80%
• Currently living in the United States, within 50 miles of a major airport
• Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering related discipline or equivalent experience

Extra consideration given for -

• Previous consulting experience
• Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC) certification
• Domain knowledge in ITIL/IT Service Management
• Experience with reporting products, such as Business Objects/Crystal.
